Excellent customer service and support. So I haven’t actually had the chance to work with Max yet but I just have to say a few words. It was an excellent introduction to Victoria for me, I left a message in the morning and by late morning he returned my call, Max was kind and humble ( I’ve seen his work and reviews) he was very clear that they were on the more of the expensive end , but I can see why. He even called back after a message explaining my situation again and that I was in need of a quote. He then actually checked on me the next day to see if it was resolved. I can tell you , this is who I would want to do a big renovation with . Not once did I feel uncomfortable with not knowing how to explain things and he just got it.
